Please note you must create a Mindbody account in order to schedule a class, payment is due at time of scheduling, and you must be approved for Reformer classes in order to schedule a Reformer class - if you have previous experience on the Reformer or were told by an instructor/therapist that you are approved for group classes, please contact our office and we will assist you.
Please note you must create a Mindbody account in order to schedule a private Pilates session. To see available times, select Pilates Private as appointment type (or Pilates duet session if you are bringing a companion), select a therapist to schedule with if you have a preference, click the first date in your desired date range on the calendar below, then click search. Our available times are listed in 15 minute intervals, and our privates run for 45 minutes. We will notify you via email to either confirm your requested time or deny it.

new to the reformer and don’t know where to start? we now offer an intro to reformer series for new clients! the class will meet weekly for 4 weeks, and then a new session will begin the first each month. day and time may vary from month to month.
Please arrive on time for your class or session and silence your cell phone beforehand. We are asking clients to wear socks to participate in class (we recommend our Arebesk™ Socks with gripping soles).
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your reservation or do not show up, your class will not be returned to your account for future use. This is not a penalization, it is simply a necessary policy that we have in place to guarantee payment for our employees and sustain our business. We understand that life happens, and do have exemptions for weather and illness/injury. Please do not come to class if you are sick, or feel unwell. If you no show for more than 2 reserved classes or sessions, we reserve the right to refuse service. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your reservation, your spot may be given to client on our waitlist.If we cancel a class, that class will be returned to your card - and if it's a monthly package we can extend the expiration to ensure it is used but you must notify us of your request as it will not happen automatically. Except in the instance of unforeseen circumstances, planned morning cancellations will be up to date on the online schedule by 3pm the day before, and planned afternoon/evening cancellations will be up to date on the online schedule by the morning of.
Please note that monthly packages are meant to be used within a month (expiring 1 month from first use). In the event of weather or illness/injury, we can extend the expiration to ensure it is used but you must notify us of your request as it will not happen automatically. Going on vacation? We aren't able to extend your monthly pass, but we do have some great packages that have a longer expiration, or have less classes so you can use them before departing.
If we cancel a class, that class will be returned to your card - and if it's a monthly package we can extend the expiration to ensure it is used, but you must notify us of your request as it will not happen automatically. We are not able to return or refund a purchase after 1 year. Refunds/returns are available at the discretion of our staff, and can be returned to the card used, as account credit, or in cash/check with enough given notice.
Masks are required at all times, regardless of vaccination status. Surgical masks are available at our office. Please either sanitize or wash your hands upon arrival to the studio, and once inside maintain at least 6’ distance from others. Please exit the studio and building before having conversations with others, and try to make any scheduling changes, questions, and/or payments either online or by telephone. You must be pre-registered and pre-paid prior to class – no drop ins or out of state clients.
Additionally, please do not come to class if you have a fever, cough, or shortness of breath. There is no penalty for canceling a class reservation if you are sick – please call our office at your earliest convenience and we will remove you from the class at no charge.
Our reception hours are reduced due to COVID-19. Our reception hours are 8am-3pm, Monday through Friday. Please call for treating hours.
