Policies

Welcome to our studio!  We're glad you are here. Please arrive on time for your class or session and silence your cell phone beforehand. We are asking clients to wear socks to participate in class (we recommend our Arebesk™ Socks with gripping soles or other grip socks).

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your reservation or do not show up, your class will not be returned to your account for future use. We understand that life happens, and do have exemptions for weather and illness/injury. Please do not come to class if you are sick, or feel unwell. 

 

If we cancel a class, that class will be returned to your card - please notify us if you have a monthly membership and we can extend the expiration. Except in the instance of unforeseen circumstances, planned morning cancellations will be up to date on the online schedule by 3pm the day before, and planned afternoon/evening cancellations will be up to date on the online schedule by the morning of.

 

Purchase Policy

In the event of a weather related class cancelation or illness/injury, we can extend the expiration of your monthly membership but we do not offer refunds.  We aren't able to extend your monthly membership for vacations.

Return/Refund Policy

If we cancel a class, that class will be returned to your card - please notify us if you have a monthly membership and we can extend the expiration. We do not otherwise offer refunds.

COVID-19 Policy

Masks are optional in the studio and treatment rooms. Surgical masks are available at our office. Please either sanitize or wash your hands upon arrival to the studio.

 

Additionally, please do not come to class if you have a fever, cough, or shortness of breath. There is no penalty for canceling a class reservation if you are sick – please call our office at your earliest convenience and we will remove you from the class at no charge.
