Rewards program

 

For our loyal clients, we now offer a rewards program! You earn 1 point for each dollar spent. 20 points = $1 worth of credit. Once you reach 400 points ($20 worth of credit), you may redeem it on a class or class package. (PS: If you refer a new client, let us know - you'll earn 200 bonus points!) Points cannot be redeemed for intro packages or products, and can only be redeemed through Mindbody Online (via computer) or in person.

About the rewards program:

  • All clients are automatically enrolled.

  • Purchases can be split between points and credit/cash/check. You do not have to pay in full with points, and you don’t have to use all of your points at once.

  • Points expire after 1 year. In that time they can be saved to pay for a class/package in full, or redeemed at the minimum amount off.

  • Discounts and redemption of points cannot be used on the same purchase.

  • If you request a refund, the points earned from that purchase will be subtracted from your account as well.
