History
Essential Physical Therapy & Pilates originally opened its doors in 2007 with one physical therapist and Pilates mat classes. The business expanded to include Reformer Pilates classes in 2013 and became the only comprehensively equipped Pilates studio in central Vermont. In 2021 the business was purchased by Emilie Connor, D.P.T., a local whose goal is to continue our commitment to the community.
