Our
Goals are to
1.
Assess problems through comprehensive evaluations
that encompass the whole body, not just an isolated
part.
2. Alleviate discomfort and concerns through skilled
interventions and education about your condition.
3. Provide you with the tools necessary to manage
your condition independently.
We Help You by
1.
Scheduling 45 minute one-on-one sessions
with a physical therapist.
2. Staying abreast of recent developments in physical
therapy and utilizing best-available evidence to
guide our interventions.
3. Relating to you with respect, humor, and compassion
for your condition.
4. Promoting and practicing a lifestyle that incorporates
the fundamentals of what we teach (regular aerobic
activity, core conditioning, postural awareness and balancing
fun with work).
